(no subject)

My simple little gloomy nine-scene script outline has become a frickin' episode of 'Northern Exposure', with eccentric side characters and flagrant subtitling. And backstory, enough backstory for a mini-series. Jeebus.

The thing is, I've written the last three scenes in less time than it took me to write the first one, and it's just getting easier. Too bad the original ending no longer FITS, and I have no clue what's going to happen anymore.

Agh. I either need less caffeine, or even more.

i'm curious - what exactly do you do for a living? do you write scripts for a living? or is it a hobby thing? h

Oh, the writing's just a hobby/addiction...I have dreams of getting them made, maybe even at some point in the nebulous future selling one, but first I have to write GOOD ones (and get connections, agent portfolio blahblah).
