Just back from the wedding of danielgreyman and bellsm! Between being the son of a preacherman, working in catering, and both having and dating someone with lots of relatives, I've seen more than my fair share of weddings. This was the best. Two actors getting married, with a party made up mostly of performers? They should have charged admission.

Some random notes:

*ladytrue should be fed sugar often. It's quite entertaining.

*I should learn salsa dancing. While pamlin is quite obviously one of those people who can make any partner look good, I'm not sure I should have been hopping nearly as much as I was.

*The day I, who went to school in a dry town and get dizzy off a half-glass of wine, know more about tapping a keg than anyone else in the beer tent is a sad day indeed.

*Samurai swords for the groomsmen? Female cross-dressing groomsmen? YES. Both of these are going on my list of things I want if I ever get married. (Of course, 'catering provided by hyper-intelligent penguins' is also on this list.)

*When the Pastimes action figures come out, whaleomlette in his white suit needs to be among them.

*coscaram paid me an amazing compliment by saying that when he first shaved off his beard, he'd been told that we looked so similar that we might've been related. I think he must've been high off the same sugar ladytrue had been consuming.

oooooh, hyper intelligent penguins... but why would they be catering? I bet they'd hate that... probably go on strike, form a union, ask for more pay. Over qualified and yet under experienced... it's a sad situation in the penguin workforce.

Hyper-intelligent penguins would be catering to relieve the monotony of always being right (or at least thinking they are), since you never can reliably predict what people will want to eat...

It's sad, isn't it? Doctors and engineers in their frozen wasteland country, caterers and art thieves over here...but on the other hand, catering is an easy way to be around big buckets of half-melted ice. So, score. And they're not just tolerated, they're encouraged to drink and frolic with the guests, because nine penguins doing the electric slide? Priceless.

Hey, *I* was the one who said that you two could play brothers. And it's totally true. Harder to tell with the beard growth coming in already, but it's that whole Kiki/Lauren thing: There are enough similar characteristecs taht it would totally work.

And I'd dance (or bake) with you anytime! Sometime post-SPF, we're taking over the kitchen!!
