A patron whacked a performer in the chest Friday night--he was pretending to 'stake' him, but the punch was real. As he was being escorted out, he kept saying "I didn't know you weren't supposed to hit the actors! It wasn't posted!!!!"

Does this mean you can walk around life and smack people when they annoy you? :)

Since it isn't posted or anything

that's awesome :)

and thus we see the folly of plastering the world with the "well, DUH" type of warning labels... we're breeding a whole new generation of dumbasses who can't think for themselves. :P

See, if we'd only had more staff members Friday night, we could've worked the educational beating into the show in the Great Hall.

Next season, Pastimes will institute a policy of the cast and crew randomly and savagely beating innocent patrons once every fifteen minutes throughout the course of the day's performance.

Cos we can. See, there's nothing posted about it..!

i had to bums rush a man out by his head at the last show we did.
We had a number of fights between performers and the audience that night.
Same group of guys who didn't get thrown out the first time went at it again later.
People see what we do and think that anyone can do it and want to comeplay....
they dont get all the practice that goes into not hurting each other,..
but christ,..
you were doign a fun house right?
im mean there is no level where someone shoudl think it IS ok to do that,...

though in his defence I beat the crap out of a teenage girl when i was 9 or so in a fun house because she scared the poo out of me,...
beat her mercilessly,..
felt bad later,.. but damn was she scary,.. crawling out of a shadow on the wall in the strobe light...

poor thing
KK!

Reminds me of the time a kid grabbed my breasts on stage because it was a game where he was supposed to move me around. To his defense, he actually did try to move them. Then laughed and was escorted off stage.

Ah, the wonders of stupid, stupid audience members.
