oakenguyThe Great Move Continues. We've finally moved enough large stuff over (which is to say, The Bed) that we're living in the new apartment now, and just returning to the old one to pack and clean.
That's the good. The bad is that we also took over the computer and TV. No internet access or cable tv until Wednesday. I'm typing this from Deb's workplace right now, and have another five minutes until we have to split.
More good: we celebrated by buying a robovac! Yes, our first robot. We had it going this morning. Our dog wandered out, took one look at it, and went back to bed. So now when I get tired of unpacking or reading, instead of going online I can, um, watch the vacuum make random patterns on our carpet. It's like a giant horizontal screensaver.
Speaking of dogs, the next door neighbor has a funky dog who's part-dingo! BIG ears, big eyes. I've been driving Deb nuts practicing my Australian accent for the time I'll have to say "Ah Dingo ate mah sandwich!!"
