The character list for "Colonel Sebastian Rawhide's Circus of the Spectacular" went up tonight, and I'm.....the sword swallower/fire eater??

Ooooookay.

Time to visit the Magic Store. And do something with this goatee ('course, that's only if the hotel has a REALLY liberal policy about this sort of thing).

I was *so* angling for one of the clown roles. Hmmph.



In other news, we finally reached a crisis point and gave Toby a bath tonight. The trauma, the big-eyed, trembling trauma...I've seen footage of people being pulled out from under earthquake wreckage who look less abused and horrified than our dog in a sinkful of soapy water.

He's a fluffy loving lapdog now...which means he's totally planning on rolling in the mud as soon as we take him outside.

I think it's been close to two years since we bathed our dogs. It was...interesting. We did it in the summer, in a tub outside. There was much wetness everywhere. Usually, we just make sure to brush them out as regularly as possible, but they were muddy from a gallop in the country.
