Second off, from my own mouse experiences, I can tell you that if you see 1 mouse, that means there are 9 more that you didn't see. Also, they tend to run in waves - we'll get 4 or 5, then see no sign for a little while, maybe even for a few months, and then we'll have another wave. Good luck in your efforts!
