Here's a question, inspired partly by a 'Daily Show' piece which talked about where the U.S. would have to go to find impartial jurors for the Hussein trial (Antarctic penguins)--are there juries for war crime trials? How are the jurors selected?

Military tribunals are not bound by procedures followed in civilian courts, which derive from the rights guaranteed in the Constitution. According to Defense Department guidelines, military tribunals for foreigners suspected of terrorism
will use juries of three to seven panelists, all of them military officers, not the 12-member public panels used in federal criminal courts;
