Yeow.

Wrote my first sex scene.

Not just the first in this story. The first, like, ever.

Yeow.

*twitchy*

It must be something in the air.

I just yesterday sat down and wrote a porny elf story that started out as a 'scene' and wound up at about five pages and is still only half-done. It may yet develop into a short story. And I've never written anything like that either.

Elves, hmm? And my scene involved a figure from Norse mythology. If I hadn't been avoiding TT PL this month, I'd wonder if there were some strange subliminals floating through WorldCrossing. :)

You know about PLII, right?

I'm not sure what the hell it is. I just know that I had to get that story out after spending the whole of my last three viewings of LoTR contemplating what fun one could have with Legolas and that bowstring of his.

PLII, twice the timesuck of PL I with none of the Mod-dy aftertaste? Oh, I know about it. I just don't have enough hours of the day this month to waste at work spend reading through all those posts.

Oh, you went and mentioned Elven bowstrings. Not going there, not even to wonder if they're made out of the same silky, strong, responsive-to-the-owner glowing material their ropes are made out of. Nope nope.

That sentence should've read "...enough hours of the day this month to waste at work spend reading..." , of course.

Me code pretty one day.

Is that the way writers get deflowered? :)

That usually involves another writer, a manuscript, someone leaning really realllllly closely and saying, breathlessly, "I, uh, loved the phrase you used in this, uh, sentence," two hands brushing as they point to the same line, a long smoldering moment of eye contact, and a cup of coffee overturning as the desk covered with papers gets violently rocked by something happening offscreen, doesn't it?

At least, that's what I, um, read once. Or wait, no, not read, had paraphrased for me. In a book review.

Oh, REALLY? :)

Sigh. What does it mean when the first (complete) sex scene one ever wrote is immortalized (*SIGH*) on the web?

It all depends on where. If it's a fanfic site, it means you're normal. If it's a Livejournal entry, it means you're kind of an exhibitionist. And if it's alt.sex.fetish.highheelsandadultdiapers, you need to pack in the middle of the night and move to an Amish community miles from anyone who uses 'google' as a verb.

Er. I think *everyone* should pack up and move miles away from anyone who wrote stories for *that* newsgroup...
