So there's this place in town called Nuevas Culinary Ventures. They're a non-profit that rents out a communal restaurant-quality kitchen, and guides novice foodmakers through the licensing and marketing process.

I have an appointment with them on Wednesday.

There's a war going on in my mind, with part of me repeating "Too good to be true, too good to be true..." and another part that's just a vision of a walk-in fridge full of truffles.
