oakenguyOkay. There's this journal I stumbled across by accident, and I go back to peek at it from time to time because, well, the writer is so vain it's just breathtaking. It's like performance art. There've been eight-year-old Ming Dynasty boy-emperors more humble than this guy.
So I wander back today, and discover he's said, without the slightest trace of irony,
"I know I am my own worst critic." I almost break my code of silence, I actually type out a response to let him know that if it ever became surgically possible to remove spines, he'd have it done just so he could kiss his own ass....and then I delete it.
What do you think, folks? Ignore him? Keep peeking at him from time to time? Or actually let him know what I think?
Speaking of folks with reality-bending displays of narcissism, the Assistant Chair's being flown out to Minneapolis this weekend to meet with a Certain Artist. I'll give you all the juicy details as soon as he gets back!
