I'm sorry to hear it, but here is my story of commiseration: how about going to IHOP, waiting until three a.m. to leave, even though you have to get up for work at 7 a.m., and then discovering the flat tire.

Then, of course, when the AAA guy gets there two hours later, he opens the trunk of the car of the guy you're there with, and points to the spare.

I can't be too upset, because that turned out to be a pretty terrific first date, but I didn't get any sleep. And not because of the guy who was there - just the damn tire.
