I just saw a woman driving a VW with her feet on the steering wheel.

Each semester when we're blocking out times for final exams, we have to guess how many students will be taking them (makeups and extra-credit exams are the random factor). This year we're coming closer than we ever have before--I think we've got enough teachers to fully cover all the students, but it's soooo tight.

Still, though, I need to keep my perspective. This exchange was probably a bad idea:

STUDENT: Hi, I can't take my exam 'cuz I got really bad tendonitis.
ME: Oh good!! I, I mean NOT good, I, I'm sorry to hear that, but...okay, start over.

Last week in improv class, someone called out "The smurfs!" at me during a lively round of Bunny. I was the only one of 3 people involved that knew the theme song. That scared me. Until I shared this with a friend this week, and he not only knew the theme song, but the Gargamel parts. That -really- scared me.

Gah--the more I try to think of it (beyond the 'la LA la-la, la-la' part) the more I hear the 'Gummy Bear' theme song!
