Overtiredness leads to random posts
Aug. 16th, 2003 06:08 pmIdi Amin's dead, which makes this one of the days in which I hope the Judeo-Christian notion of an afterlife with heaven and hell is actually fairly close to the truth.
Just back from rehearsal, which was goodish--we rehearsed one of the scenes I'm in and did a line-through of a second one, and in between I pushed ahead to page 11 of the comic book script, which is now starting to look a little like "Are You There, God? It's Me, Beeblebrox". (Which I should do, actually--it'd be a lot funnier.) Oh, and I saw and got within ten feet of a wild bunny.
Vanilla Pepsi's out, and I like it! It's not as acidic as Vanilla Coke, there's a nice aftertaste, and have I mentioned it doesn't feel like your mouth's being assaulted? That's one of my first criteria when choosing a soda: go for the one you don't feel like calling 911 about.
And yet I drink Moxie. I know. I know.
The first sign of overtiredness is that I hear things wrong. For example, listening to the BBC just now I thought they said that Manchester United won a game thanks to a goal by Assheaded Wanker.
That's all I got. Up next: dogwalk, naptime, then mousse-making.

Date: 2003-08-16 04:47 pm (UTC)I'm not sure what sports stars are like in the UK. Are you sure this wasn't actually a case of Freudian mishearing?
