Things to know about Quiznos sub shops:

They have a handy sign on their wall demonstrating the difference between their "small" and "regular" sizes. Why, you ask on seeing the sign, would they even bother to sell a "small" sandwich when it's the size of a cigar butt? Why not go straight for the "regular", which looks about six inches long? Answer: the sign lies!

They have a sandwich called the Chicken Carbonara. They call it this, I'm guessing, because "Albino Sub" and "Fungus Surprise" failed the marketing test. It consists of about a pound of sliced-up white mushrooms under some white melted cheese under a white cream sauce on white bread, with a few tiny pieces of chicken (white) hanging out on the very edges to give the illusion of being a meat sandwich. Either that or they're hoping the glare from the sandwich fixings will blind you and make you unsure about what you're actually biting down on.

In short: be wary.

Quizno's is yucky. I've been there once, and was not impressed- I don't know of anyone who has actually enjoyed their food there. Don't believe the mdeia hype- it's all crap. :) :)
