If I'd known how hard it was to write in believable Huck Finn-speak, I would've thought twice before tackling this story idea. Geez. My pockets are full of little scraps of paper with notes like "wasn't=warn't" on them.

Today I saw part of a really bad movie called "Bark", about a woman who has a nervous breakdown and begins acting like a dog. The problem for me was that she began acting like a LOUSY dog--her idea of dog-behavior was running back and forth wide-eyed and yapping nonstop like a chihuahua who's just heard a doorbell while her husband spent the entire film wincing so much that two enormous veins in his forehead pulsed. Gah.

I just saw someone else with the exact same icon. I thought that was your cat! I feel used, used I say! Like in some giant kitty-spiracy.

Oh dear! True confession time: it's from my friend Vicky over on Worldcrossing. I thought it was HER cat until I saw someone else here on LJ using it.
