I just got an email back to where they tried to stress that they just want some paying visitors to dress up as a cretain someone so there aren't many duplicates and they're so sorry for all the misunderstandings.
The Luggage would have to be an NPC or a possessed item. Because really, even if someone made the costume, who would want to wear it, probably all hunched over, for a whole LARP? I think you could cripple yourself that way...
