Woo, holding solid food down again, yay!

I'll spare the details, apart from noting that a belly full of novocaine + beef knishes do *not*, it turns out, go together. If it was that and not a virus--I definitely felt like I had a fever. (Though it turns out that the bathroom is the hottest, most humid room in the house on a hot summer night. That's a cruel, cruel thing to discover at 2AM while kneeling at the porcelain god waiting for something to happen.) It was nearly as bad as Norwalks Night. Which, considering that I was considering converting to Mormonism on that night if it would make the hurting stop, is saying something.

I now have strange marks on my shoulder, these long lines like someone raked me with a little garden rake. Only under the skin though, no swelling, no pain. D thinks it might be a rash and another reaction to the bad food. I think someone attacked me with a supernatural garden rake in my sleep, and that D has no imagination.

A rake, eh? I suspect Caretaker Willy.
"Pleased to rake your aquaintance!"

*waves to oakenguy and gives condolences on the tummy troubles and the psychic rake attack*

May I ask where your icon comes from empheliath?

It's a pic of me from the Three Musketeers Faire last summer, portraying the assassin Storm. The lady with her arm around my waist is Darkness, my partner in crime-for-hire.

Ah. Cool icon. I was hoping it was a still from some swashbuckling-ish movie or somesuch that I had missed.

I'm kind of picturing an Oakenguy voodoo doll strapped to some sort of miniature BDSM equipment here. It could happen.

j/k.. that sucks that you didn't even have any fun to get those marks!

Awww..I hate you are feeling on the "ick".

Oh, and sorry about the rake thing. It was actually a little hand rake. I wanted to see if I could turn your skin pretty colors.

P.S. Do you always drool so much when you sleep?

;)

Hey hope you feel better! Sometimes if the detergent decides to "camp" on a fold after a wash, it will show up on my husband's skin as a similar allergic reaction.

Have fun w/ the cartoons :)

I had a similar rash a few weeks back. I don't know if it was some thing I ate (really really old parmesean cheese) or maybe it was wearing my Utilikilt to work and getting urathane or fiberglass dust blown up it. Either way I had this fantastically itchy rash which was symetrically presenting on my arms and legs. If only my palms had bled instead of being covered with itchy red marks. Now that would have been cool.
