I don't come from a stage background (well, outside of stage crew), so maybe I don't have what it takes to be offended, but I agree with prettydark, quite a few of these things are feel are either harmelss or interesting or useful.

I'm one of those heathens who rarely enjoys Shakespeare and welcomes as many wacky modifications or modernisations as it takes to make the things entertaining.
