I'm thinking that I need to host a chocolate tasting party, so I can get folks' opinions on the flavors of truffles I should be focussing on. Would anyone be interested?

Truffles! Me me me me me! (Also, I'm curious to know which recipe you use and what kind of chocolate and how in the world do you scoop/roll the chocolate without having the chocolate come off in your hands, etc.etc. See? I can be serious about chocolate! Sort of!)
