From what little I understand in the few minutes of research applied to the question:

Frienditto allows folks to store their friends pages for posterity. It also seems to allow you to save LJ pages in general.

It seems possible we may be on freinditto and not know it. But, this would only be if someone with frends access decided to post said page (s).
