My family gets larger and stranger

My Dad had an odd present this week--a family tree! Apparently one of my more distant relatives (the son of my granduncle, whatever that makes him) has been researching things, and found 'The Book of R', put out by a distant relative in 1899.

The most interesting thing I've turned up so far? I'm apparently a distant relation (my great-great-etc. grandfather was a cousin-in-law) of Samuel Wardwell, who was hung for being a witch in 1692.

Hee! Sad to say, though, I do NOT float. Which might just mean that I make a very poor witch. (There's other evidence that backs this up).
