1.) Describe a chocolate/truffle that would represent your personality as best as any candy can do.
Well, it would have a thin bitter chocolate shell over a squishy center, be obviously handmade and a bit lopsided.
2.) What's your favorite pattern: monotone, stripes, polka dots, checkers, plaid, or splatter?
I'm a big fan of polka dots, except on skin...the line between polka dots and pox is a thin one, sadly.
3.) What is something about D that still charms you with the same excitement and energy as when you first got together?
She cracks. Me. Up. Ohmigod, 12 years and I can still get breathless from laughing while I'm with her.
4.) What's one thing you've done in the past that you wish you hadn't?
I ran over that raccoon. Poor guy.
I know, I should put something bigger here, but even the worst things I've done have had so many positive repercussions...if I hadn't sat down beside Kathryn on the bus, gotten to know her, and had that horrible, horrible relationship, I would never have gone to Charlottesville. And no Charlottesville, no D.
Whereas with the raccoon, there was no positive end result for *anyone*.
5.) What's one thing you didn't do in the past that you wish you had?
I was a horrible stick-in-the-mud in high school! (No, really, I've gotten better) I wish I'd taken more chances...skinny-dipped in that hot tub, kissed people without being so worried about "ruining the friendship", pushed myself more.

Date: 2006-01-30 08:11 pm (UTC)But man... I really regret hitting a bat up in NH one night. Drove right into him, he didn't even see it coming at least. I just about cried my eyes out driving the rest of the way to Nero, "I killed a Bat!!! Waaaaaaah!"
