oakenguySmall World Department: The head of the Toronto Clown Festival is a man named Dave who's large, very lovable, a very skilled performer, and not so great with organization. (Yeah, I know, no deja vu feelings at all).
At one point while we were talking during the afterparty, Burning Man came up. It turned out we'd both been there the same year; it turned out we'd both helped out with the same project; turned out we'd BOTH PLAYED SNAKE-PEOPLE IN THE SAME OPERA.
Toronto. Boston. Crossing paths in Nevada seven years earlier. Wow.
