I've encountered an array of cool video links over the last couple of days, and must share them.

First up, from kali921 we have a German pop song, Alles Neu by Peter Fox, with the four things which make a music video perfect: a drumline, explosions, gibbons and gratuitous omelet-making. (And it's catchy!)

Next, a lot of you have already seen this but it's still brilliant (and it makes me feel old to realize the first commercial came out in '99!): 'Wassup 2008'

I found the lyrics (pretty easy: google "Peter Fox" and "Alles Neu") and ran them through AltaVista Yahoo! Babelfish, providing a truly excellent demonstration of why machine translation is not ready to fill our global communication needs as of yet.

I won't spam Bri's journal with the whole thing, but will provide this educatory sample from the beginning:
