I've been seeing more and more of those 'Vibram Five Fingers' shoes around, and each time I see them they make me smile. It took me a while to figure out why I like the look of them so much, but I finally figured it out. In simple math.

A = the way the shoes make each toe look wider and longer. To me, they look like monkey feet.

B = the neon colors they come in.

A + B = Whenever I see a person wearing them, to me they're making the statement "I have no problem with looking like a neon monkey in public." And that, friends & neighbors, is awesome.

I'd never heard of Vibram Five Fingers, so I just had to Google them. [I mean, duh.]

And can I just thank you for continually bringing awesome stuff into my life? :)

It's a shame they're not cheap. Seems almost like something to design a larp around.
