US terror arrests 'to remain secret'

The US Government does not have to reveal the names of hundreds of people arrested after the 11 September attacks, a court rules.
I'm not sure which is scarier, this, or the fact that the online editions of the two U.S. papers I've checked so far aren't even mentioning it.
