oakenguyWell, it took a while, but the moving meme that swept through my gaming group has finally struck. I just called our current landlord and gave notice we were looking; now, assuming that when the potential landlord calls the current one he hears good things about us, we'll be getting a new apartment effective PDQ (we'll need to be completely out by December 1).
It's...it's a really nice place. Almost within spitting distance of the river (and a certain Evil Pharmaceutical Giant, hem hem Jude), high ceilings, a walk-in closet that has it's own walk-in closet, a ridiculous number of parks close by.
And still the thought makes my stomach churn. Change--don't like it don't want it nosirree. I've decorated my rut so nicely--look! I hung pictures!
And, I'm sorry, but a 'Cantabrigian' is something that Ricardo Montalban drives, with rich Corinthian leather on the inside. Hrmph.
