oakenguyThe candidate and the news team are at the Registrar's office right now. There was apparently a special meeting in that city last night to discuss this issue.
And, looking at his transcript, his case looks even worse: his major required six levels of lessons for graduation, and he was doing level 4 in his last semester here.
Update: oh, now he's next door talking to his old teacher! This should be fun...
