You know what's fun?

Going to the laundromat, having the car die in the parking lot, and waiting two hours for AAA to come, you say? Sorry, that's actually the complete opposite.

Huh.

I just saw a woman driving a VW with her feet on the steering wheel.

Each semester when we're blocking out times for final exams, we have to guess how many students will be taking them (makeups and extra-credit exams are the random factor). This year we're coming closer than we ever have before--I think we've got enough teachers to fully cover all the students, but it's soooo tight.

Still, though, I need to keep my perspective. This exchange was probably a bad idea:

STUDENT: Hi, I can't take my exam 'cuz I got really bad tendonitis.
ME: Oh good!! I, I mean NOT good, I, I'm sorry to hear that, but...okay, start over.
