That's as may be. :) I'm speaking here on being defined by your earlier endeavors. As another example, consider Ice-T and his band "Body Count" from the early 90s. This is a heavy metal album, with no rap flourishes -- it's more like Living Colour sped up than anything rap. Yet, during the controversy over "Cop Killa," it was constantly tagged as "another violent gangsta rap album."
